14-Day Return and Refund Policy

At Rimene Beauty and Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our return policy works:

Return Policy:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date of the last item in your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

For the fastest way to get the item you want, return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification needed. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
